SOMETHING IS BREWING

in the sun-tanned east of Indonesia

start with high quality water

sprinkle the crushed grains to extract the malty goodness

drop the hops for that juicy and crisp aroma

chill and let the yeast work its magic

sneak in some local produce because following the rules is bland

BREWING THE INDONESIAN
CRAFT REVOLUTION

WE SING,
WE DANCE
AND WE DRINK

That’s the tradition of our land, a culture which has been passed down through the generations.

A brewed beverage is a symbol of the hospitality and friendship of our people, the Flores people. A perfect match for Western Australia craft beer culture. We take inspiration from the best of both worlds to create an inclusive family and dog friendly venue which supports the local music and cultural scene.

So lay back at Bale Nagi Brewing, sip a crafted beverage and share your story.

Our Service

From white sand beaches, open spaces, turquoise water and stunning sunsets,
Labuan Bajo is the perfect place for us to brew.

Beachside
location

We will be opening in the exciting new Mawatu development. While staying true to the natural beauty of the location, Mawatu will create a new tourist town center designed from the ground up.

Bale Nagi Brewing will become an essential part of a fully integrated ecosystem of businesses in Mawatu and Labuan Bajo, to provide world-class hospitality to match the high standard of the Komodo National Park.

The humble
beginning

Whilst our journeys may take us far and wide in this world, eventually we are drawn to reunite with our home.

In the tradition of oleh-oleh, this homecoming journey is filled with the fruits of our travels. We return with equipment and know-how to catalyze innovation while authentically preserving and telling the story of our land.

collaBREWation

What sets us apart is our commitment to create a new economic ecosystem while authentically preserving the local culture and promoting sustainable business practice.
